  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 cup shredded white meat from rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup toasted chopped almonds
  • 2 cup mixed greens
  • 4 10-inch wraps

Prepare

  • 1 celery, finely chopped
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together ¼ cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1¼ teaspoons curry powder, ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 finely chopped celery stalk, and 2 thinly sliced scallions until well combined.

  2. Step 2.

    Fold in 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken, ¼ cup golden raisins, and ¼ cup toasted chopped almonds until evenly coated.

  3. Step 3.

    Divide 2 cups mixed greens evenly among 4 10-inch wraps. Top each with a quarter of the chicken salad, then roll the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
