Crab And Lobster Grilled Cheese

- Melt 2 tbsp salted butter

Step 1.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ½ cup cooked lobster meat, ½ cup cooked crab meat, 2 tablespoons melted salted butter, 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning, and ½ teaspoon minced garlic. Toss until well mixed, then set the bowl aside.

Lay two slices of Texas toast garlic bread on a plate. Top each slice with one slice of sharp cheddar cheese and one slice of Havarti cheese. Divide the seafood mixture evenly between the two slices, spreading it over the cheese. Place the remaining two slices of Texas toast on top to form sandwiches.

Heat a sandwich press or a large skillet over medium heat. Grill each sandwich for 3–4 minutes per side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted. Serve immediately.
