  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 tsp Texas Pete or Crystal hot sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • kosher salt

Prepare

  • 1 lemon, juice from
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    In a blender or food processor, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, ½ cup chili sauce, the juice from 1 large lemon, 2 tablespoons canola oil, 2 teaspoons hot sauce (such as Texas Pete or Crystal), 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, ¼ teaspoon dry mustard powder, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, and a pinch of kosher salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth and fully incorporated.

  2. Step 2.

    Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if needed, adding a bit more salt or hot sauce to your preference.

  3. Step 3.

    Transfer the sauce to a lidded glass jar and store in the refrigerator. It will keep for up to 10 days.
