Cold-Brewed TEA
8 servings This recipe works well with teas of all kinds, including herbal teas. The resulting tea will not have the bitterness that hot brewed teas have, and the flavor will not be as intense. Use the smaller amount of tea if it is fine, such as rooibos. Use the larger amount if the tea leaves are “fluffier” (like white tea).
