Prepare the dough for Parker House Rolls. After the first rising in the bowl, grease 2 standard muffin tins. Divide the dough into 24 pieces. For each roll, divide one piece of dough into 3 pieces, roll into small balls, and place in a muffin cup, as shown. Brush the tops with melted butter. Let rise, covered, in a warm place until about doubled in bulk, about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Bake until golden brown, 15 to 18 minutes. Transfer the rolls to a wire rack to cool.
