Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

In a blender, combine 50 g oats, 25 g chocolate whey protein powder, 1 whole egg, 100 g egg whites, ½ banana, and 5 g cocoa powder. Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and no oat flakes remain, about 30–60 seconds; scrape down the sides if needed and blend again.

  2. Step 2.

While the batter rests, preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat. If desired, lightly grease with cooking spray or a small amount of oil; otherwise, ensure the pan is truly non-stick to prevent sticking.

  3. Step 3.

Pour small rounds of batter (about 2–3 tablespoons each) onto the preheated pan, leaving space between them. Cook for 1–2 minutes, until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, then flip carefully with a spatula and cook for another 1–2 minutes on the second side, until golden brown and cooked through. Adjust heat as needed to avoid burning.

  4. Step 4.

While the pancakes cook, prepare the topping: slice 100 g strawberries and have 100 g Greek yogurt ready. Serve the warm pancakes with the yogurt and sliced strawberries on top or on the side.
