    Prepare Pecan Pie, reducing the pecans to 1 cup and stirring in 1 cup chocolate chips or 6 ounces (140g) dark or milk chocolate, or a combination, cut into ¼-inch chunks, along with the nuts. Bake until set, 35 to 40 minutes. Refrigerate the cooled pie until cold and hard, then slice. To serve, warm the slices in a 275°F oven until the chocolate just begins to soften.
