- 2 lbs chicken wings, tips removed

Step 1.
Season the chicken wings with ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place half of the wings in the basket and air fry until the skin is browned and the chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes, turning the wings with tongs halfway through cooking.

After the first batch is done, add the remaining wings to the air fryer and cook for another 15 minutes, turning halfway. Then combine both batches in the air fryer basket and cook for 4 minutes more to reheat and crisp.

Transfer the hot cooked wings to a large bowl and toss with your chosen sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
