Collect

Gather these ingredients - no prep needed yet.

  • 2 grapefruits, preferably pink or red
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar or brown sugar (¼ cup total)
  • (Pinches of ground ginger or minced candied ginger)
  • (4 small raspberries or strawberries)

  3. Step 3.

Broil the grapefruit until the tops begin to brown, about 5 minutes. Serve at once. If desired, garnish the centers of the grapefruit with: (4 small raspberries or strawberries)
