Avocado Mousse
A velvety, rich no-bake dessert made with avocado, cocoa powder, and almond milk. It's dairy-free and perfect for anyone avoiding dairy.

- 2 tbsp honey or date syrup
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

- 1 large ripe avocado, pitted and peeled

Step 1.
In a mini food processor, combine the pitted and peeled avocado, Dutch-process cocoa powder, unsweetened almond milk, honey or date syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of kosher salt. Process until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed, about 1 minute.

If desired, transfer the mousse to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and thicken slightly.

Divide the mousse between two small glasses. Top each with shaved chocolate and serve immediately.
